Angie graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2005. She has been working in Women’s Healthcare/Family Planning since she graduated and enjoys the variety of patients she sees in Family Practice.
Angie enjoys all aspects of medicine, especially building relationships with patients and helping people play an active role in their healthcare. Angie joined LMG in 2007.
Angie and her husband have lived in the Camas-Washougal area for almost 10 years. They enjoy camping, riding four wheelers, gardening, and keeping up with their two dogs. Angie is a talented photographer whose work is displayed in our hallways.
Mary provides mobile healthcare visits to retirement communities and senior/assisted living centers in Camas-Washougal and Vancouver. Mary has an understanding of the challenges seniors and people who suffer from disabilities can face when trying to meet their health care needs.
Scott began his career in 1985 as a combat medic in the US Army. He completed the Emergency Medical NCO course in 1988 and the Physician Assistant course at the US Armed Forces Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, Texas in 1994. He joined McLoughlin Family Practice that year. He remained active in the US Army National Guard as Battalion Medical Officer until 1998. Scott joined Providence Medical Group in 2000. He founded Lacamas Medical Group in 2003. Scott retired from the National Guard in 2008 after more than 20 years of service.
Scott is active in the Camas-Washougal community. He is a member of the Friends of the Community Center Board and involved in the Long Range Planning Committee for a Community Center. He is a member of the Parks and Recreation Board for the City of Camas and also serves on the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce.
When asked why he practices medicine, Scott says, “I chose Family Practice because of the desire to develop long-lasting relationships with my patients. I enjoy the variety of patients, from two weeks old to the elderly, and all of the various medical issues that may arise. I specifically enjoy orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and occupational medicine.”
Scott has lived in the Camas-Washougal area since 1994. He is married and has two young daughters. He is an avid golfer, but not nearly as good or avid as he would like to be.
Eva began her nursing career as a pediatric nurse after receiving her RN degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon receiving a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas, she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, to work first as an emergency nurse and then as a nursing instructor. Eva received her FNP degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 1997 before moving to the Pacific Northwest to pursue her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been with Lacamas Medical Group since 2008.
Her clinical interests include pediatrics, women’s health, and sports medicine.
Eva enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets.

Dr. Dino William Ramzi, MD, MPH
Dr. Ramzi was raised in Montreal and received his medical education at McGill University, including St. Mary’s Hospital Centre where he interned and the Montreal General Hospital where he completed a Family Medicine residency.
He came to the US in 1996, taking a teaching position at Emory University and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Public Health. His first job as a medical director was at Community Clinic Inc. in Rockville, MD in 2005.
Dr. Ramzi and his wife decided to move to the Northwest in 2008. They live in Camas where they enjoy exploring the community, music, literature and travelling. They love living in the most beautiful place they have ever visited and can frequently be found eating out around town. They also both volunteer at the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington.
Dr. Ramzi’s approach to patient care is patient-centered; that is to ethically combine the best scientific evidence available with the patient’s particular circumstances and come up with a recommendation to improve overall well-being. He will start seeing patients on March 29, 2010.
Dr. Widing is a Board Certified Gynecologist. She has practiced in the Portland area for more than 14 years. She is interested in all aspects of women’s medicine, including annual exams, hormonal management, osteoporosis prevention and management, as well as evaluation and treatment of menstrual irregularities.
Dr. Widing joined Lacamas Medical Group in 2006 and will expand her days in the clinic as her practice grows.
